Seasonal Maintenance
Maintaining the beauty of our community is a responsibility for all of us. Animal owners are expected to pick up after their pets, and all residents must keep their yard free of litter and debris.
The HOA hires a landscaping company to maintain the common areas in the neighborhood. Services are provided one day a week and may rotate between different quadrants of the neighborhood. Over the course of a month, all areas will receive service. The services provided vary depending on the growing cycle and the time of the year. Concerns about landscaping maintenance should be expressed to the following:
Weekly maintenance - Cheryl Maloney (camaloney87@gmail.com)
Irrigation issues - Bob Delaware (fargodelaware@gmail.com)
All other landscaping questions - Pam Schackel (pkschackel@cybermesa.com)
Expectation for Dog Owners and Walkers
Dog owners/walkers must carry a bag with them when walking their dog(s) and pick up dog droppings. The droppings should be disposed of in the owner’s/walker’s trash can. Residents are encouraged to inform dog owners/walkers without a bag about the policy and to report repeat offenders to the board.
Trash Can Policy
Trash cans should be stored in a location not visible from the street. Please remove your trash cans from the street promptly after service has been completed and store in the appropriate out of sight location.
Snow Removal
The landscaping company, under contract with the HOA, will remove snow from the streets and sidewalks. It is the responsibility of each resident to remove snow from his/her driveway. Concerns about snow removal should be made to the Chair of the Landscaping Committee.
